Your order will be shipped to your specified address by Standard Australia Post. Costs and estimated delivery times are set out below:

Please note that the above delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered within the delivery times specified above. Delivery of your order may be delayed for any reason including but not limited to major sales events (such as Summer, Winter Sale, EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas Sale, etc). We appreciate your understanding, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Once you have submitted your order, your order cannot be amended or cancelled.

Orders will only be processed and dispatched on days which are not Sundays or public holidays in Western Australia.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We do not warrant, guarantee or represent that your order will be dispatched on the same day that, or within any particular time frame after, you have submitted your order and received an email confirming that your order has been received by us.

Please note that most orders usually take 1–3 business days to be processed and shipped.

Once we have posted your order, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched (Shipping Confirmation). 


We love our customers, and want them to be happy shoppers. Therefore, our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or , but may choose to offer a store credit at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase no refunds, returns or repairs will be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

You can make a return via post. If you wish to make a return via post, please email us with your order number, picture and contact details. You will need to post the return to the sender address (set out below) along with your order number. If you make a return via post, you agree to package the goods appropriately to avoid damage during transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund request. We will use reasonable endeavours to process your return within 5-7 business days. However, we do not warrant, guarantee or represent that refunds or returns will be processed within any specific time frame.

If your request is successful, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which can take up to 5 days to show. For refunds for returns paid for using Afterpay, please visit the Afterpay Website and the Afterpay terms and conditions apply. Please note that gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you have received damaged or faulty items we will exchange them. To exchange an item, please refer to the refund return procedure set out above.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location within Australia, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
